The ground floor of this Florida vacation home consists of a private apartment perfect for a couple or for a small family with lots of room to relax. A large sitting/bedroom area adjoins an equally roomy kitchen/dining area plus French doors open onto a cozy patio with grilling area. A Murphy bed provides additional sleeping for extra quests. This floor of the Gulf Coast Florida house rental is tiled throughout, perfect for coming in from the beach.

Enter on the second floor into a spacious living/dining room plus an adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar. Step out the front sliding glass doors of your Florida vacation house onto the front porch, great for basking in the Florida sun. Or if you prefer a shaded retreat, relax on the screened-in side porch which expands your living space. This floor also includes the master suite with a king-sized bed and large bath with jacuzzi.

The top floor features a queen bedroom suite with adjoining sitting room and wet bar (kithenette), a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed, a hall bath and a kid's loft area with a full futon mattress. The suite offers a separate entrance.

This spring will be added a new swimming pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area. Come in from the beach and relax poolside while the hamburgers grill. After the sun goes down, relax in your outdoor jacuzzi tub.

Enjoy relaxing in the gulf breezes from the rooftop observation deck. Cable TV/VCR/DVDs throughout. Wireless internet. Nearby hiking trails through Pt.
